PAYMENT
METHODS: We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American
Express & Optima Credit/Debit Cards, & your Amazon account thru our Amazon Store. We will ONLY SHIP Credit Card orders to a Valid USA Name & Address
listed with the Credit Card company, or address Authorized by Amazon Payments. NO
Exceptions. Orders must be Pre Paid before shipment, we Do Not accept COD or On account orders. No Sales to Nigeria, Ghana or Indonesia accepted. We reserve the right to Refuse ANY Order based on our final judgement.
SHIPPING
CHARGES: There is No minimum order, We will choose shipping carrier / method at our discretion.
Orders outside of the continental US ("Lower 48"),
Export, PO Box & addresses that require USPS & other shipping methods may incur Higher shppg/hdlg
charges based on weight/size of shipment & destination. No
Exceptions/credits/refunds on shppg/hdlg. All
our shipments are checked & packed very well,
& if you notice any damage, immediately notify the carrier, & you
must keep all packing boxes/packing, foam & labels for inspection by the
carrier, as it is their responsibility
to deliver the items undamaged. Replacements/Credits
will be sent out once damage claim has been settled with the carrier. We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers based on our discretion, S/H Charges are Not refundable.
DELIVERY: Orders are generally sent out
fast & trackable by our preferred method of shipment.
Generally, depending on your USA zipcode, you can generally expect your order from overnight to 7 "Business Days" from the day we ship.
We are usually able to ship most orders Same day, to 2 business
days of receiving them. A "Business Day" to UPS & most carriers does NOT include or count Saturday,
Sunday or Holidays. Items sent by US Priority or 1st Class Mail generally average 1 to 5 Business Days from day of shipment, Parcel Post 3-9 Days, to USA addresses. Out of stock items
require an additional 2-6 business days to ship. You will be notified in the
unlikely event a shipment would take any longer than that, & may cancel with
no penalty if you wish. Order may require a signature upon delivery. We are not the delivery company or driver, & can't honor or accept any "specific delivery times of day" or "leave it on the back steps" type of requests, & We can not ship items out on Mondays, as we are closed.
WARRANTY/RETURN/EXCHANGE: Please
choose your items carefully, check with manufacturers for any additional info if
needed, as we simply Do Not offer
ANY sort of Free Trial, Test, Remorse, Swap trade-in Or Evaluation period of any kind.
All sales are Final, & all items are brand new and covered by their
Manufacturers Warranty, if applicable. Advanced Specialties does
Not extend, or offer any additional warranties/guarantees beyond those which may
be provided by the manufacturer. Items
should be sent directly to the manufacturer,
Not Advanced Specialties, in
the event of a problem. In no case
are Any shipping/handling charges refundable, & we are Not responsible for any customer's shipping charges in any return/warranty/exchange situations. At our discretion, small/other accessory items, still all factory sealed
in all their original packaging, unused with no tape or markings may be accepted
for return/exchange, if we are
notified within 48 hrs of delivery, & will be subject
to a restocking fee, & less the original shipping costs.
PRICES: All
prices are subject to change without notice. Our Listed prices are your Final prices, & Already take into account any/all dealer mfgr's rebates, Price deals & "instant" coupons, Unless a consumer "mail in" rebate is specifically mentioned in the items description. Any Mail-In rebates would be the responsibility of the customer & Mfgr directly, not Advanced Specialties.
